3. Documentation of damaged building materials and damaged personal property is then compiled.

4. We then demolish and dispose of all none-salvageable materials.

5. Our professional team then encapsulates the remaining porous materials.

Now your home or property is ready for restoration. Here’s what to expect.

1. A restoration schedule is made to outline what kinds of work or inspections will by done, by whom, and when.

2. We follow the schedule step-by-step to make sure nothing is missed and to ensure the best of quality.

3. Restoration of core building materials (framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, etc) is done first.

4. Finish materials such as painting, flooring, and cabinetry are installed next.

5. We will then do a detailed clean of the areas worked in.

6. To finish, we’ll do a final walk through with you to ensure your total satisfaction.
